Gary L. Goss

President

Gary Goss is a 1996 graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Business Administration. He joined LynCo Properties right after graduation and later became a stockholder and now the Primary Principal of the company. He holds the prestigious designations of CPM, COS as well as an Oklahoma Real Estate Broker’s license. He is active and has served in Officer positions with the Tulsa Apartment Association, serving on the Board since 1998, OMHA, IREM and the National Apartments Association where he served as Regional Vice President for five years. In working with these organizations, one of his biggest contributions is leading legislative efforts to help support bills that will help our industry as well as work to defeat bills that could negatively affect our industry. Along with overseeing the day-to-day operation of the company, Gary oversees millions of dollars in renovations.
