Leaders of LynCo

 

Gary L. Goss, President: Gary Goss is a 1996 graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Business Administration. He joined LynCo Properties right after graduation and later became a stockholder in the company. He holds the prestigious designations of CPM, COS as well as an Oklahoma Real Estate Broker’s license. He is active and has served in Officer positions with the Tulsa Apartment Association, serving on the Board since 1998, OMHA, IREM and the National Apartments Association where he served as Regional Vice President for five years. In working with these organizations, one of his biggest contributions is leading legislative efforts to help support bills that will help our industry as well as work to defeat bills that could negatively affect our industry. Along with overseeing the day to day operation of the company, Gary oversees millions of dollars in renovations.

Marilyn “Lyn” Goss, CEO: Lyn Goss graduated from Westminster College, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After forming LynCo Properties where she is still a stockholder, she acquired her CPM, CAPS, ARM, and Oklahoma Real Estate Broker’s license. She served on the Boards of Tulsa Apartment Association, OMHA, AACO, IREM and NAA where she served on the national board for several years. Her additional role with these organizations is to put on seminars and teach the Oklahoma Landlord and Tenant Act and Fair Housing as well as an accredited speaker for the local Board of Realtors. Lyn has over forty five years of experience in Real Estate with a specialty in property management.

Debra Green, Vice President: Debra Green is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Oklahoma. She holds the designation of COS, Certified Occupancy Specialist from NCHM. She has worked in the Property Management of Real Estate since 1989 and joined LynCo Properties in 1995. Under her guidance LynCo has brought in up to date systems that have been added to our structure to solidify the company operation. Debra oversees all the insurance placement, updates, and claims of both the properties and owners we serve, but also those insurances that we can make available for our employees. She is instrumental in overseeing the Human Relations Department to make sure that as the labor laws change so do the policies of LynCo.

Larry Noble, Controller: Larry Noble is a 2002 graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. He joined LynCo Properties in 2003 in the accounting department. Through his persistent efforts he has worked to advance the LynCo Properties accounting procedures and reporting for our owner to the best that can be achieved. He led the company through the transition of Rent Manger 12 both in the central office and on site of all our managed properties. He strives for accuracy and timeliness when it comes to corresponding with and for our property owners.
